Q: What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

A: Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s present- and future-focused, rather than exploring deep past trauma. You’ll get practical tools to show up differently — without needing a diagnosis or digging into childhood (though we may gently touch on patterns).

Q: Does my partner need to be part of the process?

Not at all. This work is focused on you — how you show up, how you respond, what you want. You don’t need to convince your partner to join to see real change.

Q: What does a session look like?

We’ll meet one-on-one (usually over Google Meet) for 50 minutes. You bring whatever’s coming up — and I’ll help you slow down, reflect, and respond with intention. Most clients start with a few sessions and build from there.
